Oral 'Nick' Hillary potential lawsuit hits postage snag

Postage problems could be a major setback in the plans for Oral "Nick" Hillary.
Hillary, who was aquitted in the murder of 12-year-old Garrett Phillips in St. Lawrence County last fall, is attempting to take steps to file a massive lawsuit against police and prosecutors. But according to Syracuse.com, some of the papers mailed to the courts last December were returned due to a lack of postage. And because of that, Hillary's legal team officially missed the deadline to file some of the documents.
 
His attorneys are asking for an extension from the courts in order to be able to refile the paperwork.
