Attorneys general from a number of states are demanding action on a Supreme Court nominee to fill the vacancy created by the death of Justice Antonin Scalia. New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman and Iowa AG Tom Miller are releasing a letter written to Senate leadership on the confirmation process signed by 21 AGs.
