The Watertown Police Department has ended its investigation into the controversial post that appeared on former mayor Jeff Graham's blog last fall. Todd DeMar, a one-time Watertown City Council candidate and current city firefighter, was the subject of an anonymous post on "Mayor Graham's View" that focused on personal information regarding his employment with the fire department.
