Potential good news for some factory workers here in the North Country. This as a union representative tells 7 News that not all of the potentially 60 employees at Carthage Specialty Paper will be temporarily laid off.

Old Nestle Factory in Fulton coming down

The old Nestle factory in Oswego County is coming down. Demolition crews have begun knocking down the portions of the plant which is located in Fulton. Nestle left town in 2003 and since the property has mostly remained dormant.
