A brand-new program at the Watertown Family YMCA is designed to help improve the life of cancer survivors. "Livestrong at the YMCA" starts next week and hopes to, among other goals, improve energy, build muscle mass and strength and help cancer survivors learn ways to live a healthy lifestyle through recovery and beyond.

The program is open to any adult currently going through or has gone through the recovery process, such as chemotherapy or radiation. There will be two 75-minute classes per week for a total of 12 weeks. If you qualify and are interested, you can contact the downtown Y at 782-3100.
