After experiencing power issues Thursday morning, a "Code 99" was called at Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown.
A so-called "incident command center" was established as the hospital was forced to go to generator power at about 9:45 a.m.
Power was returned but a backup genator went down, causing Samaritan to cut air conditioning and air handlers until power could be brought back up. Services, such as radiology and surgery, were also affected by the situation and phone service for the hospital was only working sporadicly.
Full power was restored within a few hours and the hospital should be fully operational today.
