A Liverpool doctor is accused of trading a controlled substance prescription for marijuana. An Onondaga County detective said Dr. Nancy Blake was arrested last month for selling a Suboxone prescription for about a half-ounce of marijuana.

Suboxone is a drug used to treat opiate addictions.

Less than a week after she was arrested she did not contest an official censure from the state Board for Professional Medical Conduct.

As of Wednesday, she was still registered to practice medicine.
