In something of a surprise, ten jurors--eight women and two men-- were seated in the murder trial of Oral "Nick" Hillary.
During day two of the court proceedings, over 100 people were called for jury duty and were thoroughly questioned by the judge, prosecution and defense.
Another batch of potential jurors will be at the courthouse in Canton today, as two more jurors and four alternates need to be selected.
Hillary is on trial, accused of killing 12-year-old Garrett Phillips back in 2011.
The judge in the matter is also expected to rule again today on a key but complicated piece of DNA evidence.
