As many as 16 people were arrested Wednesday in Lewis County after nearly year-long investigation into drug sales.
Multiple law enforcement agencies, including State Police and U.S. Marshals, assisted in the operation that first started in December of 2015.
The 16 suspects all allegedly sold "a combination of everything," from methamphetamine to heroin to prescription drugs.
They were arraigned in U.S. District Court in Syracuse Wednesday afternoon.
