Watertown Woman Charged with Making Meth

A 36 year old Watertown woman was charged with third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine.

Watertown Police report that Andrea Russell is accused of possessing a glass container, a bowl, plastic tubing, plyers, cutters, paper towels, a hair dryer, sodium hydroxide and lighter fluid with the intent to use the items for the unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine on Oct. 1 in the 100 block of High Street. She was arraigned in City Court and sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with bail set at $5,000 cash. Police said there are active warrants for Russell out of Illinois and Iowa.
