Harrisville man accused of driving drunk, violating Leandra's Law

A Harrisville man is accused of driving drunk with an 11-year-old girl riding as a passenger.

State Police say 29-year-old Ryan Marolf parked his 2014 Chevy Silverado on the side of State Route 3 in Pitcairn at about 9:15 Tuesday night. Marolf's blood-alcohol content was allegedly .22 percent.

He has been charged with two counts of aggravated DWI, one for violating Leandra's Law by having a minor in the vehicle. Marolf was arraigned in Gouverneur Town Court and released under probation supervision.
