The man accused of killing a UPS driver he thought was the President-elect in Ithaca isn't going to trial soon, if ever.
Justin Barkley said in December that he had gone to the Walmart in Ithaca to kill Donald Trump, and he did, even if it doesn't seem that way.
Yesterday, a judge ruled that Barkley needs to go to a secure hospital for treatment. Prosecutors believe in the future they may be able to re-file charges against him.
Barkley at one time lived in several spots in St. Lawrence County, including Ogdensburg and Canton.
