A Watertown man is accused of not allowing a woman who was holding a baby to leave her vehicle earlier this week.

Police say Richard Gebo III didn't let the woman out for nearly two hours in an incident that occured at about 1:40 Monday afternoon in the 300 block of Washington Street.

Gebo also allegedly grabbed the woman's arm and left marks and scratches on her while she was holding a two-month old.

He was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.

Gebo was taken to jail prior to his being arraigned in City Court Tuesday.
