A Lyons Falls man is likely out of the running for employee of the month after being indicted for allegedly attacking his boss with a chainsaw.

29-year-old Kyle Poore was charged last month after he reportedly broke into the home of his employer with a running chainsaw and used the chainsaw to cut through his bosses home. The male victim sustained severe lacerations and tendon damage to his hand. Poore was indicted on the charges of third degree burglary, second degree assault, fifth degree criminal possession of a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child. His bail is set at $15,000.
