Shooting a vehicle with a BB gun led to a felony charge for a Jefferson County man.
According to newzjunky.com, 27-year-old Joshua Jackson of Dexter is accused of shooting the vehicle with BBs, causing damage to the driver's side, passenger's side, as well as shattering the rear cab window.
The incident allegedly happened at about 2:15 in the afternoon of June 7.
A total cost to repair the damage is estimated to be over $1,600.
Jackson has been charged with felony criminal mischief and is due back in City Court at a later date.
