|Deputies: Lowville teen in jail made 'hooch'|

An inmate is accused of making booze, or "hooch," inside in cell at the Lewis County Jail.
According to deputies, 19-year-old Bram Widrick was found with the alcohol in a container during a random search.
Widrick, who is from Lowville, was charged with second-degree promoting prison contraband and is due back in Lowville Village Court to answer to the charge at a later date.
