Should a drug that reverses overdoses be manditory in all public schools?

A couple of state lawmakers are looking to provide Narcan to the more than 730 districts in the state.
Narcan brings heroin and fentanyl overdose victims back from the brink of death in as little as two minutes.
It's a move proponents say is critical with the opoid epidemic on the rise.
Suffolk County Assemblyman Chad Lupinacci and Senator John Flanagan are behind the effort. Suffolk actually leads New York by a large margin in opioid-related overdoses.
