Going to the bathroom outside in public is never a good idea, especially if you have drugs on you at the time.

But that's exactly what police say happened to 30-year-old David Hagans of the Bronx.

According to newzjunky.com, Hagans was seen urinating "on a glass door of a closed business in the 200 block of Factory Street" at 2:15 Saturday morning. Passing motorists and people walking through the area could allegedly see Hagans in action.

Once officers caught up to him, they claim to have also found 90 "glassine envelopes full of heroin" along with other drug materials on him.

Overall, Hagans is facing felony third-degree criminal possessin of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct.

He was taken to jail before then being arraigned in City Court.
