Watertown City Council incumbent: Firefighters bullying me

A Watertown City Council candidate says she is "being bullied by 70 men."

That's what incumbent Teresa Macaluso told the Watertown Daily Times regarding alleged behavior from the city's fire department.
Macaluso, who is facing three challengers in her bid for re-election, has been strongly in favor of making cuts to the department. Because of that, she claims firefighters are targeting her with social media attacks.
In one case, Macaluso said firefighters spread rumors regarding a picture of her passed out drunk. As a way to shutdown gossip, the two-term lawmaker allowed former mayor Jeff Graham to put the photo of her sleeping on a recliner on his blog, stating it was from a vacation "18 months ago."

Election day is Tuesday, November 7.
