The North Country's Congresswoman voted against a President Donald Trump-pushed budget Thursday.
A spokesperson for Representative Elise Stefanik told 7 News the Congresswoman "had concerns with the langauge related to eliminating the deduction for state and local taxes."
The vote against isn't a total suprise, given Stefanik has openly questioned the plan for months.
The $4 trillion Republican measure looking to overhaul the nation's tax code still passed the House, 216-212 on Thursday.
While the Senate approved the plan in a vote last week.
