he future of Public Square in Watertown will be discussed in a special meeting tomorrow.

The Watertown Daily Times reports business owners and officials are set to get together to go over any potential changes to the Square. It comes after state officials suggested using some of a $10 million state grant to close the south portion of Public Square to make it something of a pedestrian mall.

Cam's Pizzeria owner Matt Strader, against the proposal, collected hundreds of signatures from customers and business owners who oppose any significant change to Public Square.
