A C-T scan is revealing a two-thousand year old mummy found in Egypt suffered from cancer.

According to doctors at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse the mummified man had a tumor on his Fibula located on the lower leg. Doctor Mark Levinsohn says the scan shows it has "all the characteristics of a malignant tumor and one that's somewhat rare."
Doctors, though, claim it's impossible to know whether the tumor killed the mummified man or whether he fell ill and decided to end his own life.
