A father and three girls were killed after being trapped inside a burning house in St. Lawrence County.
State Police say the blaze broke out at a residence on Pickle Street in the town of Stockholm. Unable to escape the flames were 55-year-old William Bugbee, six-year-old Alicia Bugbee, five-year-old Allazza Bugbee and 14-year-old Shawlee Baxter.
One person, 36-year-old Carrie Bugbee was able to get out of the structure; she was taken to Canton-Potsdam for treatment.
WWNY 7 News reports one body was found near the front door, the three other victims located in a bedroom.
Autopsys are scheduled to be performed on the four victims.
