In response to the address, one state lawmaker questions how New York will foot the bill for all of the Governor's potential plans.

Assemblyman Ken Blankenbush told 7 News he wonders where "the money to cover" the proposals will come from, especially with the state facing a $4 billion deficit.
Furthermore, Assemblyman Blankenbush questions how New York, on top of the new initiatives, will also be able to afford giving downtowns $10 million each year, upgrade infrastructures and airports as well as build a brand-new downstate arena.
The state's Senate and Assembly are expected to begin work on the new budget in the coming weeks.
