A local developer caught up in a legal dispute with the North Side Improvement League says he's not a bully.
Mike Lundy told 7 News he is just looking for the league to live up to a deal and sell him its former headquarters on Mill Street in Watertown.
Vacant since 2013, the building, according to Lundy, was to be sold for $375,000. But after years of dragging their feet, league officials instead recently decided to sell it to another businessman, Jake Johnson.
Lundy is now suing the North Side Improvement League, looking to either get the building or receive money he says he is owed.
In a completely separate matter, a judge could rule as early as today on whether the league, as a non-profit, can follow through and sell the property to Johnson.
