The time in St. Lawrence County Court isn't over just yet for Oral "Nick" Hillary.
It was in the fall of 2016 when Hillary was aquitted in the killing of 12-year-old Garrett Phillips. Since the verdict, Hillary has moved downstate and largely avoided the spotlight.
However, new District Attorney Gary Pasqua tells 7 News he intends to go after Hillary for criminal contempt. It's a charge initially filed in 2015 after the one-time Clarkson soccer coach allegedly violated an order of protection.
A trial date has reportedly not yet been set in the matter.
