A portion of West Main Street heading into the city of Watertown is currently closed off.
Street signs take traffic on a detour to Vanduzzee Street to connect over to Coffeen Street.
Tuesday afternoon, Watertown Police patrol vehicles were seen underneath the bridge inspecting cement which had fallen from the train overpass that cuts over West Main in that section. The area is blocked off by cones and street signs.
According to 7 News, officials have looked over the bridge and have deemed it safe for trains to continue to use.
The street is expected to reopen to traffic at some point in the next couple of days.
