West Main Street in Watertown is open again for eastbound traffic.
The section heading into the city was off limits after some contrete fell from the train overpass Tuesday afternoon.
Watertown Council member Mark Walczyk says he has reached out to CSX, which indicated it "swept the concrete" and determined there were no structural issues. Futher, Walczyk said CSX did not order the roadblock, but rather it was the city's call.
The roadway reopened for city-bound traffic at some point Thursday evening.
