After weeks of waiting, a winner was finally crowned in the popular Queen of Hearts raffle. Potsdam resident Bob Stone had the lucky number Tuesday night at the Watertown Elks Lodge.
Stone walks away with about $300,000 of the roughly $765,000 total jackpot. The raffle's popularity had grown with the prize money, with last night's drawning containing over 200,000 tickets in the bin.
The portion of the money the Elks Lodge keeps goes directly back to the community through various programs.
