The commander of Fort Drum's 10th Combat Aviation Brigade will be speaking in both St. Lawrence and Lewis counties today.

Col. Clair Gill is set to give information on the upcoming Falcon's Peak exercise at the Gouverneur Fire Hall at 8:30 and then at the Lowville American Legion Post at 11:30 this morning.
Falcon's Peak starts April 9, and according to the Watertown Daily TImes it will require aviators to travel to eastern New York and then practice "eluding different types of radar and simulated threats" on their way back to Fort Drum.
Occasionally, helicopters will be flying at low levels as a part of the training exercises.
